I recommend that you start with an annual outline for your marketing plan, broken down by quarters. Then start filling in major holidays and events. Your plan will come together pretty quickly! Now that you have a rough outline, start filling in the details for the next quarter with your promotions and posts you want to accompany them. This will help you create a list of images needed for your marketing efforts for that quarter. I recommend that you start planning for your next quarterly shoot three to four months before the start of the quarter. Working one full quarter ahead is a good guide to follow.
